Visit Cape Point and dine at the Two Oceans Restaurant where you can sample fresh seafood whilst enjoying views of False Bay.

Being South Africa’s most popular tourist destination, Cape Town is the ideal start to your tour of South Africa.  From there, take a trip through the Winelands and visit world renown estates while enjoying fine cheeses and gourmet fare. You need to take out the part which includes the Karoo and a visit to nature reserves as this is a different tour.

Typical itinerary:

Day 01 - Arrival at Cape Town

After arriving at Cape Town International Airport, you will be greeted by one of our friendly guides and escorted to your hotel of choice.  During the remainder of the first day, you will be free to relax and recover from your long journey.

Day 02 - Cape Town, Winelands Tour

After breakfast at your hotel, our expert Winelands guide will collect you and take to explore Stellenbosch.  Founded in 1697 by Governor Simon van der Stel, Stellenbosch is the oldest town in South Africa, being established second to Cape Town.  Many of the buildings provide spectacular examples of Cape-Dutch, Georgian and modern Victorian architecture.  From Stellenbosch, your journey will continue to a wine estate for a wine tasting.  You will then be escorted to a second wine estate for a further wine tasting before returning to your Cape Town hotel for the evening. 

Day 03 - Cape Town Table Mountain and City Tour

On rising, you will eat breakfast at your hotel of choice.  Once breakfast is over, our guide will take you out to explore the city.  Your first stop will be a visit to the famous Table Mountain, which has spectacular views over the Peninsula.  This includes a ride in the cable car to the top of Table Mountain and time to stop for coffee at the Table Mountain Café which is situated on top of the mountain.

On leaving Table Mountain, you will be escorted to the Castle of Good Hope, which is the oldest building in South Africa.  Steeped in history, the castle is a must see for any visitor.  You will have time for a leisurely stroll around the castle grounds.  From here you will be taken to the Houses of Parliament, the Company Gardens, Greenmarket Square and the Malay Quarter.

On completing the tour, you will be returned to your hotel to enjoy the remainder of your day at your leisure.

Day 04 - Cape Town, Cape Point and Peninsula Tour

After breakfast, you will be escorted by one of our expert tour guides along the Atlantic seaboard, going via Chapman's Peak and from there on to Hout Bay. The tour will then continue with a trip to the Good Hope Nature Reserve at Constantia, where you will see a huge variety of bird, plant and animal life.  From here, you will be taken on (take out on) to see the penguin colony at Boulders Beach, which is one of the two land-based African penguin colonies in the world.  Your (take out space here) journey will continue to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and finally to Simonstown, the headquarters of the South African Navy and features old British colonial architecture.  If luck goes your way, and the season is correct, you will be able to spot a Southern Right Whale before (take out word being maybe) returning to your hotel for the evening.

Day 05 - Depart Cape Town

Today will be spent relaxing i the hotel and preparing for your onward journey.  You will be collected from your hotel by one of our chauffeur's and taken to the Cape Town International Airport.
